How long do my files stay available?
A share expires 10 minutes after it is created. Scheduled cleanup removes expired uploads from storage. Copies already downloaded remain on the receiving device.
What's the file size limit?
Each file can be up to 45 MB.
Do I need to create an account?
No. QickShare has no login and no app to install — just upload and share a code.
Is my code the same as a password?
Effectively yes — the 6-digit code both looks up your share and (for encrypted shares) derives the key that decrypts it. Don't share it with anyone you don't want opening your files.
What happens to photos I upload?
Choose Upload Files to send photos in their original format. Choose Convert Image to PDF to combine selected photos into one PDF.
What if my code doesn't work?
The most common reason is that the 10-minute window has expired. Go back to the sending device and upload again for a fresh code.
Can I use QickShare on any device?
Yes — sending and receiving both work from any modern phone, tablet, or desktop browser.
