Make sure your photos are oriented correctly and your documents are finalized before sending. QickShare can auto-convert photos to PDF, but you control what goes into that PDF. If you need specific page order or want to exclude certain images, organize them first. This saves time at the print shop and ensures you get exactly what you wanted.

If you have multiple photos to print, select "Upload Images" instead of "Upload Documents." QickShare will automatically combine them into a single, clean, print-ready PDF. This is much faster than uploading each photo separately and asking the print shop to combine them manually.

Scanning is faster, more reliable, and eliminates typos. Reserve manual code entry for situations where a customer can't easily display their screen or phone. A quick scan takes less than a second and is the most foolproof method.

Every share automatically expires 10 minutes after the student uploads. If a code doesn't work and the customer just uploaded, check the time first. If it's been more than 10 minutes, it's almost certainly expired — just ask them to re-upload. This is by design for security and privacy.

QickShare can handle files up to 45 MB each. For very large photo batches or high-resolution images, students can split them into multiple uploads if needed. This is rarely necessary for typical student print jobs, but it's good to know for edge cases.

QickShare treats photos and documents differently. Photos get merged into one PDF automatically; documents are sent as-is. If a student has a mix of both, they can upload images first to get one merged PDF, then upload documents separately. Or use "Upload Files" to send everything together without merging.

If you're sending important files, open a test share on another device first to confirm that the code works and the files appear correctly before sharing them with someone else.
